Not only is it more practical as higher temperatures arrive, but stylistically it's a major must-have. No longer an option reserved for brides on their special day, white dresses are currently having a major comeback, if Bella Hadid and Selena Gomez's looks are anything to go by.

While out in New York City on Thursday, Bella Hadid was spotted wearing a romantic white lace dress from Rokh’s AW24 runway collection.

Rather than reserving the traditionally holiday-style dress for more exotic locations, the supermodel and entrepreneur showed us how easily you can wear the summer look in everyday life.

The dress featured a strapless lace corset, which showed off the model's midriff, featured a ruffled asymmetrical silhouette which finished just above her ankles, and made the perfect pairing for her all-gold jewellery, all from Maison H Jewels. She styled the look with buckled strappy white heels.

Elsewhere, Selena Gomez also made her summer white dress debut for Rare Beauty’s third annual Mental Health Summit in New York City.

Gomez opted for a classic off-white style dress, fit for a wedding. The dress is designed by the Australian luxury brand Maticevski, and consists of a draped off-the-shoulder neckline, and a mid-length asymmetrical hemline.

The crinkle fabric, alongside Gomez's beige Manolo Blahnik heels and gold Tabayer, transformed the sophisticated look into one reminisced of old school glamour, which we'll be taking notes from for more upscale occasions.
