Usain Bolt: ELLE Man of the Week

He's the planet's fastest man, is eight times world champion, six times Olympic champion, three times world sports person of the year and to top it all, has the best victory pose EVER.

And he only turned 27 years-old this week! Phew! If that doesn't motivate you to put on some (fabulous) trainers and hit the road...
